एकलव्य ओल्ड एज होम सर्विस फाउंडेशन एक सामाजिक संस्था है, जिसका उद्देश्य वृद्धजनों को सम्मानजनक, सुरक्षित और सुखद जीवन प्रदान करना है। संस्था जरूरतमंद एवं निराश्रित बुजुर्गों के लिए आवास, भोजन, स्वास्थ्य सेवा, दैनिक देखभाल, भावनात्मक सहयोग और पुनर्वास जैसी सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कार्य करती है।
